The Synchronous and Asynchronous Distance Learning Platform offers an advanced digital learning environment, designed for the training of executives, institutions and businesses of the North Aegean. It includes organized educational modules, videoconferencing and collaboration tools, an electronic library and automated course and user management functions. Its goal is to develop digital skills and support digital transformation, combining flexibility, interaction and efficiency in the learning process.

The goal of the Platform for Online Business Promotion and Traceability of Agri-Food Products is to make possible the complete monitoring of a product's journey with the ability to trace back from the point of cultivation to the consumer, in order to have available information related on the one hand to the safety and certified geographical origin of foods and on the other hand to a sustainability approach. Traceability within the framework of the project is defined as awareness of the areas where specific products are cultivated and details about their quality. Through the platform, a wide range of traceability activities will be covered, such as the introduction of new participants in the supply chain, the creation of new products, and the recording of production per area related to the products and their environment. Activities concerning the distribution of products will also be covered. The electronic platform will be used by all participants in the supply chain.

And because every product has its own story, with the Consumer Web App application, users scan the QR code on the label and gain immediate access to reliable information: characteristics, nutritional profile, storage methods, and details about the region of origin, with the ability to rate the product.

The Live Remote Guided Tours Platform provides the ability to follow interactive, educational, and tourist programs in real time, to a remote audience.

The application is bilingual (Greek and English) and allows users from all over Greece and abroad to participate easily and directly in tours with agri-food and cultural content. Through a user-friendly environment, viewers can tour live in natural spaces, interact with the presenter, view various multimedia material, and enjoy a comprehensive experience, based on scenarios specially designed within the framework of the project for the North Aegean Region.

The digital tours, adapted to the needs of each group, highlight not only the products and production techniques, but also the cultural narratives, local customs, culinary traditions, and social practices related to nutrition, hospitality, and the cycle of time. Thus, the connection of agri-food and culture is transformed into a tool for experiential learning and cultural promotion.

All available tours are presented through the Web Portal, with detailed information about the theme of each tour, the audience it addresses, the implementing organization, the duration, and the language of conduct. From the same environment, the possibility of booking a specific date and time is also provided, through a specially designed Electronic Booking System.

An interactive educational journey to the islands of the North Aegean. Through a virtual map, visitors learn about the natural wealth, agri-food heritage, and special traditions of each place, participating in three short and enjoyable mini games.

The experience combines learning and entertainment: collecting local products, recognizing flavors, creating recipes, and discovering the culture connected with everyday nutrition. The content is adapted according to age, so that it is accessible and attractive for children and adolescents, while simultaneously highlighting elements that interest every visitor.

With a modern approach to Gamified Learning, the game enhances knowledge around healthy nutrition, unique products, and the geography of the islands, promoting in an experiential way the agri-food and cultural character of the North Aegean Region.
