The "Digital Agri-Food Map" is a set of digital tools connected to a new dynamic platform that records and showcases the agri-food and cultural wealth of our islands, promoting local products, processing and standardization businesses, visitable spaces related to gastronomy and production, as well as important tourist and cultural points of interest, thus connecting the primary and agri-food sector with culture and tourism.
Our goal is to create a modern identity for our region, to strengthen the local market and outward orientation, and to promote the productive capacity and gastronomy of the North Aegean in Greece and abroad.
Who Can Participate
The initiative is addressed to:
- Producers who offer standardized or processed agri-food products (such as olive oil, wine, honey, dairy products, aromatic herbs, traditional foods, etc.).
- Businesses engaged in the processing or standardization of agricultural products.
- Agrotourism or cultural businesses and organizations that have a visitable space related to local production and gastronomy.
The initiative does not concern businesses with general tourist activity (e.g., accommodations, restaurants).
