Zematas

About 4 km from the village of Panagia lies the beautiful beach of Zematás. It has fine white sand and turquoise waters. Its crystal-clear waters make it one of the island’s most popular beaches. It is 350 meters long. It is organized with umbrellas, sunbeds, beach bars and little tavernas for food, and also has a beach volleyball court and services for water sports. Trees at the back of the beach offer cool shade for those who prefer a more “free” swim. Access is via a good dirt road.
